What is Zoom?
Zoom is a cloud-based conferencing tool that will allow us to connect remotely online. Visit the Zoom Help Center if you have questions about how to connect or want to make sure your system and connection speeds meet the minimum Zoom requirements.
What you will need in order to attend a Zoom web conference:
- PC/Mac, iPad, or iPhone
- Good internet connection
- Webcam (optional)
- Headset or built-in microphone/speakers. A headset is preferred, but not required.
Method 1: Log in to PrideNET, click on Zoom Icon
Method 2: From springfield.zoom.us
Method 3: From zoom.us on your computer.
- Open the app on your devices (Mac or PC)
- click on Sign In
- Not use your email, click on the option SSO
- When prompted, type "Springfield" in the "Your company domain" field and click continue

Log in with your PrideNet credentials on the page that will open after following the previous steps. If you don't see a login page similar to the one presented below, please review the previous steps.
Once you have successfully logged in, Zoom will open with your account active.
