How do I reset my PrideNet password? 

Navigate to https://password.springfield.edu - help for passwords can be found here.

 

I need to access my Brightspace courses. Where do I go?

Log into PrideNET and click on the Brightspace icon at the top center of the page. 

 

I'm having issues with my computer. Who can I contact?

You can contact the Technology Service Center at phone number: 413-748-4872. We can also be reached via email at tsc@springfieldcollege.edu

 

I need to print. What do I do?

You can use the “Follow me Print” print cloud service by visiting https://papercut.springfield.edu/user? and using your PrideNET credentials to log in. Alternatively, you can visit the Learning Commons and print by using one of the computers in the lab.

 

I need Microsoft Office. Where can I get a copy?

Microsoft Office 365 is available as long as you are a student, staff or faculty member of Springfield College. See this link for more details: https://pridenet.springfield.edu/ICS/Help/Microsoft_Office_365_Free_for_Students.jnz

 

I need to access my Springfield College email. Where do I go?

In order to access your email, log into PrideNET and click on the GMAIL icon at the top.

 

How do I set up my email on my smartphone or tablet?

How can I connect my iPhone or iPad to a projector? 

If the classroom is equipped with an Apple TV, you can connect via the airplay functionality of iOS.
