1. Click the MyProfile tab
2. Click My Student Profile in center of screen
3. Select term for your registration period in upper left corner
4. Click Registration Notices in upper right corner
5. Review Time Ticket section of drop-down

Zoom Screen Sharing on Mac OS

If you have an issue with sharing your display on Zoom on Mac OS, this might be due to some Privacy Settings that are not configured correctly. These instructions will show you how to properly configure your mac. Check your Mac OS version and follow the instructions that belong to your OS version.

 

The picture below shows what Zoom looks like when attempting to share your screen and you are not allowed. Notice the warning logon on Desktop 1.                                          

 

Monterey (Mac OS 12) or earlier:
1) Go to: Apple Logo > System Preference > Security & Privacy

 

 

2) Click on the padlock icon at the bottom left corner of the window and enter your admin credentials. 

 

 

3) Make sure you are in the Privacy Tab, with Screen Recording highlighted on the left column.


4) Add a checkmark on Zoom.us.

 

5) Once you check the box, you may see the message below. Zoom needs to quit in order for the settings to apply. 

 

6) You should now see the screen preview in the share screen window and be able to share your screen.

 

Ventura(OS 13) or later.
1) Go to: Apple Logo > System Settings > Privacy & Security

 

 

2) Select "Screen & System Audio Recording" or "Screen Recording" and enable Zoom

5) Once you check the box, you may see the message below. Zoom needs to quit in order for the settings to apply.
