To protect College data and systems, ITS has implemented "wireless registration" so our wireless network will be limited to College employees, students, and guests.

When we finish, there will be three wireless networks:

SC-Springfield and SC-Student require one-time-only registration, using your PrideNET ID and password.

SC-Guest requires people to enter their name and email address, then receive a password by email.  Guest sessions expire after 24 hours but people may re-enter the password and be assigned additional 24-hour sessions.
Some of the more popular OS (Apple, Microsoft) procedures are outlined in these documents:

We're happy to announce that over the next year we'll be transitioning from Moodle to D2L Brightspace. This transition started in Fall 2017 with a number of programs in the School of Professional and Continuing Studies and will expand to our PA, PT, and OT programs starting Summer 2018. The entire college will be using Brightspace in Fall 2018.

In the meantime, if you need help with either Moodle or D2L Brightspace, we're here to support you.

Introducing the ITS Project Request Program

The Information and Technology Services department (ITS) collaborates with other college departments on a variety of technology related projects. This new system will better enable us to manage the projects and priorities faced by college faculty and staff members.

Should I submit an ITS Project Request or a Help Ticket?
If your issue is related to an error message that is appearing, WiFi/Internet access, or anything to do with a PC, printer, or other hardware component, then please click here to Submit a Help Ticket to the TSC.

ITS Projects are typically those that require ITS involvement to implement custom-programmed or vendor-written software components, in support of department or campus-wide initiatives.

ITS Project Requests are reviewed by ITS and department managers in order to prioritize the ITS project queue.
