How do I reset my PrideNet password?
Navigate to https://pridenet.springfield.edu/ICS/ and click on “Password Management” on the left hand side of the screen under the quick links section.
I need to access my Moodle courses. Where do I go?
Log into Pridenet and click on the Moodle tab towards the top center of the page. Then select the appropriate term and click the button that says “Click here to enter Moodle”.
I'm having issues with my computer. Who can I contact?

I need to print. What do I do?
You can use the “Follow me Print” print cloud service by visiting https://papercut.springfieldcollege.edu/user? and using your Pridenet credentials to log in. Alternatively, you can visit Babson library and print by using one of the computers in the lab.
I need Microsoft Office. Where can I get a copy?

In order to access your email, log into Pridenet and click on “Access your Pridemail Account” under online resources.

How can I connect my iPhone or iPad to a projector?
If the classroom is equipped with an Apple TV, you can connect via the airplay functionality of iOS. Alternatively, you can use a Lightning to VGA adapter to connect to the projector as well.
What kind of computer do you recommend?
The following lists minimum requirements that allow for basic functions here at Springfield College. If you are planning on purchasing a new computer, please use the recommended configurations listed below. If you have questions or would like a recommendation, please contact the TSC and we'd be happy to help.
Windows 8, 8.1, 10 (64bit)
Mac OSX 10.10 (Yosemite), 10.11 (El Capitan)
2.0GHz or above
4GB or above (8GB is recommended)
250GB or above, or access to cloud-based storage in that capacity
Laptops and Desktops should be equipped with speakers, microphone, webcam and wireless connectivity.
High-speed internet is required (20Mbps download or higher)
All browsers should have Cookies, Java, and Pop-ups enabled (i.e., do not block Pop-ups). Springfield College cannot provide technical support for browsers other than those listed above.
